Who we hire

Hard requirement

Every person on the team runs their own coins on their own device. It's not a culture slogan — it's how we catch problems before customers do. Non-negotiable for every role:

  • You own and actively use a Trezor hardware wallet (Model One, Model T, Safe 3, or Safe 5).
  • You can complete device attestation during the application — no attestation, no review.
  • You understand seed phrases, passphrases, and recovery well enough to explain them to a stranger.
  • You've never typed your recovery seed into a website. Including this one.
